Altering the Emergency Managers role in situations as recent as Hurricane Sandy (2012), Rita (2005), & Andrew (1992) would do many things as far as recovery efforts and the Emergency response efforts for the individual(s) which fulfill these roles. The things brought up of which has been traditionally and historically used as a tool of great means shouldn’t be a hindrance of a requisite for a role which prevents the injury of others and citizens within an area affected by a disaster. People in general require these needs for theirselves for fulfilling such things created within their lives and altered from original purpose and meaning.
They need regular intake of foods, shelter, and water. (without falsehood injuries of starvation included). The requisitions post disasters of fires, floods, 9/11, & the Oklahoma city bombing put people in a distressful emotional situational state of being where they at many times must depend only on them. It is harsh and unexpected.
