Today the Dallas Morning News reports potential credits to go to housing in the downtown Dallas area (most likely to the DFW locals – in 2013 – ) the reasons for include getting rid of negative impacts & effecting the area more positively. While in Dallas, one could already rent a 4 bedroom house for $421.00 a month.
1.This is – They are saying new apartments at a near rate, yet lower, but beneficial when profit industries already around such rates?
2. The credits acquired and who worked for them, who earned these monies, and paying for them, might have encouraged the $1,750 pent house suites to claim double values but housing credits?!?
3. The current housing builders and rent companies offer these rates; however, a pent house? – And using credits…This could be an potential issue of debate where monies decision
I heard about this around 5 years back at a corporate office housing builder in the Metroplex of the Fort Worth/Dallas area. “They are using monies to pay for pent houses. All of these poor people request.” – former co-associate at a builder… –
Let them try to struggle up to a pent house for a month!
They couldn’t really do it where they are laying claim with the rate at the apartment – Landlords already offer this in 2013.
