It is 2013 and some hundred square feet for purchase is several thousand dollars, just land as opposed to from outskirts/boom docks to down town… $1,700 or less up to a decent area of under $10,000 for a good piece of land. So, 1882 and fifty dollars which is several thousands – about as low as $45,000. So, the other nice area’s $7,000 but no secondary transportation. So, AAA annual fees. Visit texas parts for Six Flags or the Alamo and Sea World, & Austin, Texas – (capital).
