They are calling the local icing rain looking and grounded a white frost like snow, an artic blast. The cold can at time hurt enough, painful at starting warmer colds in negative degree Fahrenheit wind chills. Cold winds in cold add worsen. Raining ice or raining hail in ice winds can hurt.
An artic blast termed was like warm, then hot and sudden cold. While it isn’t sudden, it is winter. They salted sidewalks and news makes announcements delays, late openings, and closed days. By Rosette
