Be consistent. Talkin and yackin or talking and yacking. But why make the intentional decision to do talkin and yacking or doin and talking, instead of doing and talking or doin and yackin. If it fits. Words like windy cannot do this because it looks like winding up something. So consistency in the article or paper in presentable form. This isn’t English class which is only what mla and apa are only for English writing, not other subject matter.
Other example: Looking, lookin – chilling, chillin – relaxing, relaxin – chillaxing, chillaxin, chillax
Transitions can be obvious or just paragraph selected separators while the (referred to as a) conversation goes on. While the article or paper also. Casual or formal structure writings, just presentable.
Be aware of some of your audiences knowledge. Don’t call them dumb and don’t expect for it to be difficult. Don’t set basics too high or too low. Expect basic standards for them. Want them, a who to be smart. Want your reader audience to be learned in some area in the event they didn’t understand. Want them to be able to gather proper information to understand. Write for this audience.
