American Express card pre-paid. Now, even though, typically associated with credit cards, you can get an american express card pre-paid. they are at Target as well as Wal-mart. You can register your card at serve.com and pre-pay and upload funds. After buying the card, you go on the internet with it or purchase items at various stores or those accepting American Express. It is neat. Options. Like mastercard and Visa card options are neat as gift cards for people to hand out to purchase gifts of necessities and wants. I don’t think most people choose it as to not prefer some of the fee rates as opposed to no fees on specific pre-paid gift cards to stores or restauraunts which don’t charge purchase fees. People like the options though for Mastercard and visa and American Express options. Get your new card in the mail after registration for online activation, the next step before continuing to use and add funds.
